Fixinus is a local IT and tech support service based in Porvoo. We help individuals and small businesses keep their technology running smoothly. We can also travel to nearby cities; a travel fee may apply.
We don’t have a fixed office (yet). Devices can be dropped off by appointment, or we can pick them up. If it looks like a quick fix — or the work needs to be done where the device is — we’re happy to come on-site. We’ll agree on the time and location in advance by phone or email.
We have formal technical training and over 15 years of hands-on experience. We keep up with industry developments to provide clear, practical solutions.
Most standard repairs are completed within 1–3 days, and simpler issues are often handled the same day. If a job is urgent, we aim to start as soon as possible.
Cash, major debit and credit cards, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or invoice.
All prices include 25.5% VAT. Spare parts are charged separately and always agreed on before ordering. After diagnostics you always get a price estimate for the repair, and work continues only once you have approved it. If the device turns out to be beyond repair, you only pay for the diagnostics.

Windows is installed with the computer's own license, which on most machines carries over to the new installation automatically. If the machine needs a new license, we'll tell you and agree on it separately.
Diagnostics is limited to three hours unless separately agreed. If the fault requires a more extensive investigation, we'll let you know and always agree on how to proceed before continuing the work.

The initial assessment and price estimate are free, and we only charge for a successful recovery. The exact price is always confirmed before work begins. More demanding cases, such as physically damaged drives, are assessed case by case and referred to a specialist when needed.

We also take on other electronics and device repairs case by case. Don't hesitate to ask, even if your device isn't on the list.
On Windows 10/11 we use Quick Assist. If you don’t have a Microsoft account or Quick Assist isn’t available, we use TeamViewer QuickSupport instead. On Mac and Linux, we also use TeamViewer. If neither option fits, we arrange a home visit or drop-off.
